Mark Ivanyo is a Houston business litigation attorney and Of Counsel at Roquemore Skierski PLLC. He represents privately held companies, emerging enterprises, and owner-operated businesses in breach of contract and business contract disputes; partnership disputes; fraud litigation and business tort claims, including unfair competition; and commercial real estate litigation.
Mr. Ivanyo is a business litigation attorney admitted by the State Bar of Texas. He also represents clients in commercial arbitration matters.
Before joining Roquemore Skierski PLLC, Mr. Ivanyo practiced at Brown Sims, P.C., where he represented clients in personal injury and subrogation matters and defended employers and insurance carriers in workplace injury, premises liability, and construction claims. During law school, he clerked with the Department of Justice’s Appellate Division, the Harris County Appraisal District, and Probate Court No. 2 under Judge Mike Wood.
