As Co-Founder of Roquemore Skierski PLLC, Doug Skierski is a Dallas business litigation attorney who represents privately held companies, emerging enterprises, and owner-operated businesses in breach of contract and commercial damages claims; partnership disputes; fraud litigation; bankruptcy and commercial restructuring matters, including creditors’ rights and receiverships; and general counsel engagements.
Mr. Skierski is licensed in all state courts of Texas and New York and admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. He has practiced in North Texas courts for more than 25 years. He has also served as a mediator and arbitrator for more than 20 years and holds credentialing as a Distinguished Mediator through the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association.
Before co-founding Roquemore Skierski PLLC, Mr. Skierski was a partner at Locke Lord and a founding partner of Franklin Skierski Lovall Hayward LLP and Skierski Jain LLP. Now practicing on a reduced schedule, he continues to advise clients as a Dallas business litigation attorney on a select group of long-standing engagements.
