Kelvin Roquemore is a commercial litigation lawyer and founding partner of Roquemore Skierski PLLC. He is a veteran Dallas attorney, with over 25 years of experience in Texas state and federal courtrooms.
His practice centers on business litigation for owner operated companies and entrepreneurs, with a focus on partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, business fraud matters, and fiduciary duty claims.

He previously served as a commercial litigator at a nationally recognized AM 200 firm, as senior counsel for a Fortune 500 company, and as a commercial lender. That background informs how he evaluates leverage in disputes that depend on contract language, financial reporting, collateral, ownership documentation, and the practical realities of running a closely held business.
Mr. Roquemore earned his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane Law School and his B.B.A. in Finance and Banking from the University of North Texas. He is admitted in Texas and in several federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, as well as the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. His professional involvement includes an executive board seat on the Metrocrest Area Chamber of Commerce, along with participation in bar and professional organizations that reflect his litigation and business law focus, including sections of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
A Dallas native, Mr. Roquemore also commits time to community and mentorship work, including church involvement and youth mentoring, and he supports outreach efforts that serve local families. He brings the same priorities to both litigation and counseling work: clear communication, disciplined judgment under pressure, and a consistent emphasis on integrity.
