Professional Background

Mark earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2018, where he was awarded Top Oralist in the Intramural Moot Court Tournament and completed clerkships with the Department of Justice – Appellate Division, Harris County Appraisal District, and Probate Court No. 2 under Judge Mike Wood. He previously worked at Brown Sims, P.C., where he represented clients in personal injury and subrogation matters across both civil and administrative venues.

 

Mark began his career defending employers and insurance carriers in high-liability claims involving workplace injuries, premises liability, and construction incidents. His background includes direct representation at administrative trials, informal hearings, civil court, mediations, and negotiations. He is known for his strong command of medical record analysis, deposition preparation, and litigation strategy from early discovery through trial.
