Jennifer L. Culver is a litigation attorney with more than 20 years of courtroom experience, representing businesses and insurers in matters involving breach of contract, business disputes, insurance defense, insurance coverage, transportation liability, construction accident liability, municipal liability, labor law issues, and property damage claims. Ms. Culver handles matters from inception through trial and appeal, including depositions, mediations, court appearances, dispositive and evidentiary motions, and appellate briefing and argument.
She has successfully argued appeals before New York’s Appellate Divisions and has co-authored a brief submitted to the United States Supreme Court.
