About Jennifer L. Culver

Jennifer L. Culver is a litigation attorney with more than 20 years of courtroom experience, representing businesses and insurers in matters involving breach of contract, business disputes, insurance defense, insurance coverage, transportation liability, construction accident liability, municipal liability, labor law issues, and property damage claims. Her practice emphasizes early case assessment, focused discovery, and disciplined motion practice, with a consistent focus on achieving efficient resolutions while remaining fully prepared to try cases when required.

Ms. Culver handles matters from inception through trial and appeal, including depositions, mediations, court appearances, dispositive and evidentiary motions, and appellate briefing and argument.

She has successfully argued appeals before New York’s Appellate Divisions and has co-authored a brief submitted to the United States Supreme Court. Her work frequently involves disputes where liability theories, contract language, and insurance obligations intersect, including construction-related matters in which injuries and property damages can lead to multi-party claims and related coverage questions.

Ms. Culver has held senior and associate attorney roles at established firms, developing a broad litigation practice that includes complex fact development, strategic legal analysis, and appellate advocacy. She entered the legal profession to support individual rights and legal integrity, and her practice remains grounded in guiding clients through demanding disputes with clear counsel and steady advocacy.

Ms. Culver received a B.A. in Sociology from St. Lawrence University and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. Licensed since 2003, she is admitted in New York State, including the Appellate Division, Second Department, and in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She has been granted Pro Hac Vice status in multiple cases in Texas.
